15-year-old orphan boy Ayan is suffering from a serious leg injury after an accident. His leg has been badly fractured, and doctors have urgently recommended advanced medical treatment in Vellore to save his leg and help him walk properly again.

His family is financially struggling to arrange the treatment expenses. His condition requires immediate medical attention.
