A high-level meeting of GHRT International was successfully held to discuss various upcoming initiatives focused on drug awareness, youth empowerment, global exchange programs, and international collaboration

The meeting was chaired by the Chairman & CEO of GHRT International and was accompanied by the Health General Secretary, President, Directors, and various state-level office bearers and representatives.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on strengthening youth engagement, promoting social awareness against drug abuse, enhancing international partnerships, and launching global exchange opportunities for young leaders and social activists. The leadership also emphasized the importance of collective efforts for nation-building and community development.

GHRT International reaffirmed its commitment to empowering youth and expanding its global humanitarian and social initiatives through strategic collaborations and impactful programs.

Ms. Monica Gupta is a trailblazing fitness professional, accomplished bodybuilder, and certified nutritionist from Jammu & Kashmir, India. She is widely recognized as the *first female bodybuilding athlete from Jammu & Kashmir* to represent the region at both national and international platforms, setting a remarkable benchmark for aspiring athletes.

With a strong educational and professional background, she holds a Diploma in Pharmacy from the State Medical Council, J&K Polytechnic. She is a Certified Sports Nutritionist and Certified Personal Coach, along with being a Certified Obesity and Diabetes Management Coach. Her qualifications reflect her deep commitment to promoting holistic health, fitness, and wellness.

Driven by discipline, passion, and perseverance, Ms. Monica Gupta has achieved significant success in bodybuilding and physique competitions, earning recognition at prestigious national and international events.

Global Human Rights Trust (GHRT International) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Aabid Mushtaq Bhat as a Volunteer Member under the Youth Affairs Department for Srinagar District, Jammu & Kashmir UT. His appointment will remain valid until 31 March 2028.

Mr. Aabid Mushtaq Bhat, a passionate professional in the field of communication technology and field operations, is currently associated with Aerial Telecom Solution.
