Delegation Meets NHPC General Manager to Discuss Key Issues Related to Kendriya Vidyalaya.
This meeting and the delegation were conducted under the guidance and direction of Mr. Naveed Ashraf Kichloo, Organizing Secretary & Chenab Valley Incharge, INTUC J&K UT, whose continuous leadership and commitment to addressing public welfare issues have played a significant role in taking up matters of public importance with the concerned authorities.
A delegation met Mr. Suresh Kumar, General Manager, NHPC, to discuss several important issues concerning Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) and the welfare of students, parents, and staff.
During the meeting, the delegation highlighted the need for a proper waiting and sitting arrangement for parents who visit the school to pick up and drop off their children. The issue of improved accommodation for security guards was also raised to ensure better living and working conditions. In addition, matters concerning the land donors were discussed.
Mr. Suresh Kumar, General Manager, NHPC, gave a positive assurance that these genuine concerns would be addressed at the earliest and that the necessary steps would be taken to resolve them without unnecessary delay.
The delegation included Mr. Asif, Vice President, INTUC; Mr. Fayaz Bagwan, General Secretary, INTUC; Mr. Arshad Waza, General Secretary, INTUC; Mr. Haseeb, Secretary, INTUC; who actively participated in the discussion and emphasized the importance of addressing these issues in the interest of students, parents, and the local community.
The delegation expressed its sincere gratitude to Mr. Suresh Kumar for his positive response and commitment. It also expressed confidence that, with continued support, cooperation, and coordination between NHPC and the stakeholders, the remaining issues will also be resolved in the future for the overall welfare of the institution and the community.
