BBAJK Holds Official Weighing for 27th Mr. J&K and Physique Sports Championship 2026

Jammu: The Body Builders Association Jammu and Kashmir (BBAJK) successfully conducted the official weighing ceremony for the forthcoming 27th Mr. J&K and Physique Sports Championship 2026 at International Gym, Rehari, Jammu, on Wednesday. Around 130 participants, including bodybuilders and physique athletes from different districts, attended the event.

The championship is scheduled to take place on June 6 at A V Resort, Sainik Colony, Jammu, where athletes will compete in various categories including Men’s, Women’s, and Masters divisions.

The weighing process was supervised by Rajesh Dutta of BBAJK.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Dutta called upon the youth of Jammu and Kashmir to choose health over highs . He emphasized that fitness and sports are powerful tools for building a healthy, disciplined, and successful life. He urged young people to stay away from substance abuse and focus on natural bodybuilding, proper nutrition, and scientific training under qualified coaches. According to him, a fit body and a strong mind are the foundation of a brighter and drug-free future.

He stated that BBAJK aims to inspire young people to stay physically fit, avoid substance abuse and harmful habits, and adopt natural bodybuilding practices with proper diet plans and scientific training under certified coaches and trainers.

Among the prominent members present during the occasion were Arun Sharma, Vinay Sharma, Naresh Gupta, Vimal Jit, Javid Bhatti ,Sanjay Bali and Parteek Bakshi.
