Jammu Mathan , An initiative by Jammu Youth-Dogras to protect and promote Land of Dogras-Duggar Pradesh's history and its culture with the whole world
Slowly and slowly our dogra culture is vanishing and Govt. is doing nothing at all to preserve it,save it....Instead they are focusing on divisions other than Jammu..Why this ignorance? Why This negligence?
> We should take an initiative ourselves
and ask our elderly people about our culture and facts about old duggar pradesh so that atleast we ourselves know Jammu better than others
> Even the people from other states know nothing about our Splendid heritage and vast dogra culture as no one ever took any initiative to show them how beautiful Our Jammu is....
Those people just know 2 things i.e 1st. Kashmir and 2. Militancy
> It really feels bad to see our Jammu-Kashmir tableau without Jammu's culture in the 26th January parade ..The main focus is just on Kashmiri Culture ..What about Jammu? Why is our culture ignored?
> We have our own amazing Tourist Spots like mansar lake, surinsar lake etc..Why isnt govt. doing anything to preserve it, promote it?
> We have historical forts like Bahu Fort , Mubarakh Mandi Palace which are not in good condition ...Have you seen The fallen Wall of Bahu Fort and the fallen parts of Mubark Mandi Fort? Both the forts play important part of our dogra history but they are falling apart and Govt. is doing nothing to protect it.. Why The Govt. hasn't taken any step till date...Why this ignorance?
> Have you ever crossed Circular Road and noticed a dumping ground on the way to Peerkho Temple, which even plays a very important role in Jammu's history..There is a reason why Jammu is called City Of Temples and I guess This is Govt.'s way of helping us preserve our culture and temples of historical value...
