Introduction to Underwater Hockey & Underwater Rugby

The USAI is pleased to announce an online introductory seminar on Underwater Hockey and Underwater Rugby.

This session will cover:
• Introduction to Underwater Sports
• Basic rules and regulations of Underwater Hockey and Underwater Rugby
• Equipment and gameplay overview
• Opportunities to participate in national and international competitions
