ਸਰਦਾਰ ਬੂਟਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਅਪਮਾਨ ਕਰਕੇ, ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਰਾਜਾ ਬਡਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਅਸਲੀ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਨੰਗਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੋਚ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਅਤੇ ਦਲਿਤ (ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ) ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਦੀ ਹੱਦ ਤੱਕ ਦਾ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
