Project Description -
*IWC JALANDHAR* distributed *Flood Relief Material* in *two villages* which were badly affected by floods. There were broken houses and families who had lost their loved ones along with their household things.
We thank all the members who collected so much donation. Club purchased almost all new things to maintain the honour of the needy. We involved volunteers of Viraste Seva, the students' organisation which we have adopted. They went door to door and identified what was needed where. Then accordingly things were distributed.
All members participated actively both back home in packing and in the field.

Project Description -
*IWC OF JALANDHAR* celebrated *JANAMASHTAMI* with the lovely kids of *DEAF & DUMB SCHOOL* . Students had decorated their Mandir so beautifully that there are no words to describe it. Bhajans by club members and dance performance by students lightened up the celebration. Snacks and Prasad was served.

Project Description -
*IWC OF JALANDHAR* celebrated *INDEPENDENCE DAY* with the children of CHANAN Vocational school. Flag hoisting was done, Kids performed dances, sang songs and shared their views with us on Independence. It was a pleasure to hear them. Members participated equally to make the event a success. Club members gave on the spot donation and purchased inhouse made Masalas. Overall it was a time worth remembering.

TREE PLANTATION 🌳🌴☘️🪴

Under the project ‘IKHTIAAR’ of Inner Wheel Club of Jalandhar, tree plantation was done at various places

1. 181 floral, shady, fruit trees saplings were planted at Deaf and Dumb School

2. 25 floral, shady and medicinal plants were planted at Electricity board office, Chougitti

3. On the auspicious occasion of Sawan Sangrand ‘pauda langar’ was organised at Defence Colony Gurudwara. 175 saplings of fruit, shady, floral, medicinal plants were distributed among sangat

As I wrap up my Tenure as the president of the inner wheel club for the year 2024-25, my heart is filled with immense gratitude, pride and deep sense of fulfilment .
This year has been nothing short of transformational- not just for me but for the lives we touched through our service and compassion. From community development to health initiatives, from empowering women to spreading smiles among children😊😊🌺-each project was a reflection of team spirit, commitment and the true sense of Inner wheel👍
I am grateful to 🙏🙏
My dynamic team Secretary , ISO, Editor, Treasurer and Directors who stood beside me like pillars of strength.
Respected PDC’s and club members for their support, warmth and Enthusiasm in every Endeavour 🌺🙏 District leaders for their guidance and encouragement throughout 🙏
I step down with a heart full of memories and lessons, thankful for the opportunity to serve. Inner wheel has not been a platform to serve, but a family where we grow, give and glow together 😊
