Since 2019, we’ve empowered 500+ interns and professionals through our skill development and social impact initiatives. If you believe in shaping young talent and building meaningful HR practices, we want to hear from you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end intern recruitment and onboarding
Coordinate training, performance tracking, and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to align HR strategies
Build partnerships with academic institutions
Support the development of HR policies, surveys, and reports
🔹 Who You Are:
BBA/MBA/MSW graduate (HR specialization preferred)
1–2 years of experience in HR (NGO/NPO sector experience is a plus)
Great at coordination, communication, and people management
Self-motivated with a heart for social impact
