महिलाओ में एनीमिया या खून की कमी एक आम बीमारी है जो कभी कभी घातक रूप ले सकती है। थकान, कमजोरी, त्वचा में पीलापन, सांस फूलना, चक्कर आना, हाथ पैरों का ठंडा होने, सिरदर्द आदि मुख्य लक्षण है।
एनीमिया की वजह से कभी कभी गंभीर स्थिति पैदा हो सकती है जिसमे बेहोशी, दिल की धड़कन तेज़ होना, angina, मुँह में छाले, spleen में सूजन, अन्य।
महिलाओं और समाज में एनीमिया के प्रति जागरूकता बेहद ज़रूरी है ।
एनीमिया की पहचान सरल रूप से और बेहद सस्ते CBC या Hb टेस्ट से की जा सकती है जो गाँव गाँव मे और सरकारी अस्पताल में आराम से उपलब्ध है।
आइए हम सभी अपनी बहन, बीवी, रिश्तेदार, माँ, जानकार को एनीमिया नाम की गंभीर स्थिति से अवगत करवा कर उनके जीवन को स्वस्थ्य बनाये।

Autism or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder affecting social interactions, communications and restricted repeated behaviors.
It affects almost 1% children however gradually this number is increasing which is quiete alarming. Lack of time among new parents, less interaction, single child, use of mobile phones or internet are some leading cause for the surge in ASD in children.
Often ASD symptoms are ignored by parents at early stages due to lack of awareness.

Finally the National Dental Commission is formed. Till date the Dental Council of India has been delegated to regulate dental education and profession throughout India. Now this duty is been transferred to NDC.

फेशियल एस्थेटिक्स और हेयर ट्रांसप्लांट के क्षेत्र में विभिन्न प्रकार के चिकित्सकों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है। यह एक मल्टीडिसिप्लिनरी चिकित्सा पद्धति है, जिसमें अलग-अलग विशेषज्ञ अपने ज्ञान और कौशल से बेहतर परिणाम सुनिश्चित करते हैं। NMC और DCI ने अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र, संविधान और सरकार से प्राप्त ताकतों और दायित्वों के अंतर्गत plastic surgeon, dermatologist और oral and maxillofacial surgeons को इन इलाजों के लिए मान्यता दी है, परंतु पिछले कुछ वर्षों से NMC, DCI और विभिन्न विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सकों के बीच इस विषय को ले कर विवाद देखने को मिला है जो कि दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है और वर्तमान में विभिन्न माननीय उच्च न्यायालयों में यह विवाद लंबित है। दिनांक 16 दिसम्बर 2025 को राज्य सभा में चिकित्सा, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग की माननीय मंत्री श्रीमती अनुप्रिया पटेल ने एक बेहद महत्वपूर्ण और प्रशंसनीय उत्तर दिया है जिसमे उन्होंने स्पष्ट रूप से सरकार द्वारा विभिन्न statutory bodies के बीच समन्वय, क्षेत्राधिकार की स्पष्टता, मरीजो की सुरक्षा, आदि को ध्यान में रखते हुए DCI के गाइडलाइन्स का समर्थन किया है। माननीय तेलंगाना उच्च न्यायालय ने भी दिनांक 9 मार्च 2026 को अपने महत्वपूर्ण अंतरिम आदेश में माननीय तेलंगाना मेडिकल काउंसिल के उन नोटिस को अस्थायी रूप से निलंबित कर दिया है जिसमे maxillofacial surgeons को हेयर ट्रांसप्लांट, facial एस्थेटिक सर्जरी करने के लिए अनुपयुक्त माना था और omfs PG विद्यार्थियों को प्लास्टिक सर्जरी डिपार्टमेंट में पोस्टिंग के लिए भी विपरीत निर्देश दिए थे।
इस परिस्थिति में जहाँ पर इस विवाद का निर्णय भविष्य में सरकार, उपयुक्त राष्ट्रीय कॉउंसिल और माननीय न्यायालयों के अनुरूप विधिवत रूप से होगा और सभी पक्षों को न्याय प्राप्त होगा वही दूसरी ओर कुछ विशेष वर्ग और लोग इसमे जानबूझ कर विवादास्पद अभिवचन कर रहे है अथवा आधी अधूरी सच्चाई बयाँ कर रहे है जिससे चिकित्सकों में टकराव, आमजन में भ्रम पैदा हो रहा है और बेवजह अन्य हानि हो रही है।
सभी आमजन, चिकित्सकों, जानकारों, पत्रकारों, social media groups से विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस संवेदनशील और माननीय उच्च न्यायालय में लंबित मामले में कुछ भी लिखने, अभिव्यक्ति करने से पहले अच्छी तरह से सच्चाई और वर्तमान परिस्थितियों का ज्ञान कर ले। सभी वर्ग के चिकित्सकों से विशेष आग्रह है कि रोष में किसी भी प्रकार की अनुचित राय व्यक्त नही करे और एक दूसरे का सम्मान किया जाए ताकि भविष्य में हम सभी मिल कर चिकित्सा क्षेत्र में उच्च कार्य और मानव सेवा करे।
