According to reliable information, as a result of the consistent efforts of AIGBWO/OO(BMS) under the leadership of Sri Girish Arja Ji, Prabhary Finance sector(BMS) & Sr Rajinder Kumar Sharma ji,Prabhary RRB Sector(BMS), *the implementation of the HR Committee Report—one of the primary demands of RRB employees—has now received clearance at the DFS Secretary level and has been submitted to the Finance Minister for final approval.*

Our efforts and follow-ups are ongoing to secure an immediate positive outcome.

AIGBOO and AIGBWO, affiliated to the Industrial Units of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), have been creating wonders over the last four months.
Their continuous efforts, regular meetings with the management, and important discussions with the Department of Financial Services (DFS), Government of India, on behalf of RRB employees and unions have produced significant outcomes.
