Academy for Working Children - Jaipur I Academy for Working Children is helping children that are living in poor conditions, to get proper education and skills.

AWC is a project from Humana People to People India. It is a school which works with slum children of Jagatpura, Jaipur. It is located in Jagatpura, Jaipur (Rajastan, India). We have 150 students from 1st grade to 8th grade and we teach the following subjects:
- English,
- Maths,
- Hindi,
- Sanscrit,
- General Knowledge,
- Science,
- Social Studies. In the afternoons tecnical classes, such as

Beauty Parlour, Computer classes (RS-CIT) and Sewing classes are provided to all the comunity. It's a joint effort of goodhearted local people, and resulted in fast development of education in the area.
