Women entrepreneurs of the Maa Annapurna collective are building sustainable livelihoods rooted in traditional practices, consistent quality, and shared growth.

This year marked key milestones, from the launch of Besan, to the opening of a new shop in Jobner’s main market, and the initiative’s first cross-state expansion into Maharashtra through the Bano Kaabil collaboration.

Each step forward reflects the strength of women-led enterprise, driving real impact, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities that last.

On the occasion of Mother's Day, we honoured the strength, sacrifices, and entrepreneurial spirit of AU Udyoginis.

The event, themed "Strength, Love & Sacrifice of Mothers," brought together over 70 women entrepreneurs across Rajasthan along with their children.

The event was graced by Ms. Jyoti Agarwal (Co-Founder, Sanjay & Jyoti Agarwal Foundation) and Ms. Manisha Yadav (Founder, Pleasant Personality Academy, Jaipur) as distinguished guests.

The gathering featured inspiring stories from AU Udyoginis, a confident ramp walk, talk on financial & digital literacy and meaningful knowledge-sharing sessions. A deeply memorable highlight was children speaking about the challenges their mothers have overcome, a powerful testament to the resilience of these women.

Empowered mothers build empowered communities.

Moving beyond state and national-level achievements, it is a glorious moment for Nitesh Ghaswa from Makrana, Rajasthan, as he has been selected in the Indian Army through the sports quota.

Associated with AU Foundation’s Bano Champion Project since 2021, Nitesh excelled in 100m–200m sprint events and earned several medals through his dedication and performance.

His journey stands as a reminder of how right support and opportunities can shape the future of young athletes.

True empowerment requires a complete ecosystem of learning and opportunity.

Through the AU Ignite program, we take a 360-degree approach to skill development. This begins in the classroom with continuous capacity building for our trainers to ensure top-tier education, but learning doesn’t stop there.

To bridge the gap between training and the real world, we actively organise industry exposure visits, expert-led sessions, and dynamic job fairs. This comprehensive structure helps our trainees gain the industry insight and networking platforms they need to secure employment while learning new skills.

Because true impact is created when high-quality training meets the right real-world opportunities.

Strengthening classrooms and shaping brighter futures.

Through our AU Kartavya initiative, 70 table-bench sets have been provided to enhance learning environments for over 24,000 students across multiple campuses in Mumbai.

This initiative focuses on improving basic school infrastructure, ensuring that students, especially those from underserved communities, have access to comfortable and supportive seating.

When students have the right environment, they can focus better, learn more effectively, and grow with confidence.

From the quiet discipline of grassroots training to the commanding presence of global arenas, the journey of an athlete is defined by unwavering resilience and purpose.

We celebrate the outstanding achievements of Sunita Chaudhary, whose gold-medal victory in Georgia stands as a powerful symbol of determination, and Khushboo Gill, whose recent national triumph reflects the impact of focused mentorship and sustained effort.

We go beyond providing opportunity, we nurture a culture where raw potential is shaped, refined, and elevated into world-class performance.

A moment of immense pride and a testament to the power of grit and determination!

We are thrilled to share that our AU Udyoginis and AU Ignite trainees were recently felicitated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Shri Bhajanlal Sharma, at a prestigious event in Jaipur.
This recognition isn't just about a certificate or a ceremony; it’s a celebration of a journey. A journey of women and youth who decided to break barriers, learn new skills, and take charge of their own destinies.

As Rajasthan marches towards the vision of a $3 Trillion economy by 2047, the AU Foundation is committed to ensuring that our grassroots communities are the primary drivers of this growth. By empowering individuals at the local level, we aren't just changing lives—we are strengthening the backbone of our nation.

Dr. Ritika Parate | Redefining How Women Train
At Bano Champion, in collaboration with AU Foundation, Dr. Ritika Parate brings a crucial shift in perspective, helping young female athletes understand their bodies, not fight them.

From tracking menstrual cycles to managing hygiene during travel, her sessions introduce practical tools that turn awareness into performance. Because when training aligns with physiology, consistency follows, and so does progress.

This isn’t just education. It’s a smarter way forward for every athlete

A valued exchange of insight and direction at the AU Ignite Future Skills Training Centre.

We were pleased to host Karan A. Singh, Head – Government Relations & Stakeholder Engagement at NASSCOM FutureSkills Prime, for an engaging dialogue centred on capability building and industry alignment. The interaction provided an opportunity to present the progress and outcomes of our trainees, now contributing as Full Stack Developers, Data Scientists, Salesforce professionals, and beyond.

The discussions extended into key areas of relevance — from evolving skill requirements and content frameworks to addressing practical challenges within the learning-to-employment pathway. It was a considered exchange that reaffirmed a shared emphasis on continuous learning, adaptability, and structured development.

An engagement that reflects a clear direction: equipping talent with the competence and context required to meet the demands of a rapidly advancing digital landscape.
