Today, AU Foundation celebrated the 1st edition of AU Yashotsav, a tribute to 8 years of grassroots journey, honouring the youth, women, and athletes who turned opportunity into achievement through their hard work, resilience, and the courage to rewrite their own futures while uplifting their families.

The event was graced by Ms. Jyoti Agarwal, Co-founder, Sanjay & Jyoti Agarwal Foundation and Professor Ramesh Arora, Chairperson, Management Development Academy.

• 36,500+ youth skilled via AU Ignite, with 72%+ linked to jobs
• 5,995+ women nurtured into entrepreneurs via AU Udyogini

At AU Ignite – IHCL Academy, we were honoured to have Ms. Jyoti Agarwal, Co-Founder of Sanjay & Jyoti Agarwal Foundation, inspire our trainees with her message on perseverance and lifelong learning, while witnessing a live culinary showcase by our talented Commis Chef trainees.

The celebrations continued with 70 alumni reuniting to share their journeys and receiving valuable insights through a financial literacy session and a career pathway talk.
