Sahayta The Life Savers

Sahayta The Life Savers An NGO working since 1995 for awareness in public for basic life saving and on Road Safety. Greetings from SAHAYTA! COME.

Most of us are mind blocked / paralysed when faced with an accident on road. As we have a very high incidence of one road accident each minute and one resultant death every 4 minute, the chances of witnessing/suffering in a road accident is very high. Since its inception in the year 1995, our organization has been training the public to save lives of road accident victims. Wholeheartedly we all mu

st try to curb this ever increasing menace that is taking a heavy toll of innocent but precious human lives. We hope to train all over the world so, in the times to come not a single life will be lost on roads. The Road Safety Cell is a recent addition in the Department of Transport in all states of the country. This move is as per the directive of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India that has compelled this cell to take all initiatives to reduce road deaths which are highest in India as per the WHO and Wikipedia. A bigger concern is also that youth stands predominantly the biggest sufferer. Good Samaritan Law is a recent tool that goes in favor of the public whereby the police and medics have to pay attention to save the life rather than going into the intricacies of the legal hassles of the accident. This gives the edge to Sahayta to impart a Basic Life Saving (BLS) Course as per the norms of American Heart Association & European Resuscitation Council (ERC) guidelines but modified as per the Indian situation. It entails training a bystander that within 10 seconds action has to be taken to transport the injured in the correct manner to the nearest medical facility. If this course is learnt by youth, they being the future of our country, can, through social media, extend help thereby reducing Road Accident Mortality. This course can be learnt by contact : 09509353435, 07877199122

We shall target the schools, colleges, educational institutes, corporate, industry, road side establishments and many more. We need the active support of good doers like yourself to achieve our goal. Join us and save lives in your family and society

We look forward to your membership and support to save someone’s life!! With best wishes

❤️🚸 Sahayta – The Life Savers at Smile Foundation 🚑❤️

On 30th June, Team Sahayta – The Life Savers had the privilege of visiting the Smile Foundation center, where children arrive each day carrying dreams in their eyes and hope in their hearts.

While Smile Foundation nurtures these young minds through education, we were honored to contribute by sharing something equally valuable—life-saving skills. Through this session, we aimed to empower children not only to protect themselves but also to help others in times of need.

Together, we are building a future where every child has access not only to education, but also to the knowledge and confidence that can save lives.

We are delighted to share that Padma Shri Dr. Maya Tandon, Chairperson of Sahayta—The Life Savers, was invited as a Chief Guest at the first Rajasthan AI Summit 2026—"Igniting AI-ML Proficiency Movement in India," held on 31st May 2026, at the Constitution Club, Jaipur.
A pioneer in healthcare, life-saving education, and road safety advocacy, Dr. Maya Tandon's presence at this prestigious gathering reflected the growing importance of traffic police reaching the accident site taking care of the injured, and ensuring the correct manner of transportation. AI will enable these maneuvers by the traffic police as First Responders to impart their duties efficiently, which will integrate technology, innovation, and human values to build a safer and smarter future.
As India embraces the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning, it is inspiring to witness leaders from diverse fields coming together to drive meaningful change and social impact.
Sahayta congratulates the mentor of this initiative, Dr. Ashutosh Pant, and Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Director, MARCONPRA for successfully bringing together innovators, policymakers, educators, and changemakers on a common platform to shape the future of AI in India.

A celebration, a party, a gathering with friends—these moments are meant to create memories, not tragedies.

Every year, countless lives are lost because someone believed they were "okay to drive" after drinking. The truth is simple: alcohol slows reaction time, impairs judgment, and turns a vehicle into a deadly weapon.

When you drink and drive, you are not only risking your own life—you are risking the lives of innocent passengers, pedestrians, cyclists, and families returning home.

At Sahayta – The Life Savers, we believe that every road death is one too many. Together, we can make our roads safer by making responsible choices.

Drive sober. Arrive alive. Your family is waiting for you. ❤️

Every child deserves to return home safely. ❤️🚸

Road safety is not just about traffic rules — it is about protecting dreams, families, and futures. Through simple habits like holding an elder’s hand, wearing a helmet, following signals, and slowing down, we can save countless young lives.

At Sahayta – The Life Savers, we believe awareness begins with children. If we teach safety early, we build a generation that values life, responsibility, and compassion on the roads.

This small song carries a big message:

Let us all become Road Safety Stars and spread this message in every school, every home, and every street. 🌟

The Trust youth brigade CEO Manish Sancheti and Nurse Kanak Verma addressed on sequential handling of a road accident.
Presently, India has the highest number of deaths among youth between the ages of 18–45, which needs to be reduced, as youth are the future of every country.
An Emergency Medical Kit was given to the Principal, ensuring better preparedness for any emergency situation within the school premises and nearby areas.
We appreciate the video shared by Principal Kalu Ram Meena for future commitment of school authorities in reducing the grave situation of Road Accidents in the country 💙
