Meet us in Jaipur for the Court of Fungal and Microbial Life at the Justicemakers Mela with ! In Mycorrhizal Testimony, we turn to the 'wood wide web'—the underground fungal networks that connect forests—and invite you into a dialogue between Sal trees and Rugda fungi, the beings who feel the impact of mining, erosion, and other disruptions to the soil.
We will be exploring the many scales of fungal and microbial life—from mycorrhizal entanglements to the microbial worlds. Joining us is Megha , whose practice approaches wild fermentation as a form of more-than-human collaboration.
Together, we imagine what justice could mean when the underground is finally seen, heard, and protected.
