Indo-yuva foundation has been set up with the support of several young people from across the nation, who have come together for the welfare of young India and the society. Objectively IYF works for the welfare and growth of the average Indian youth, as it is a very well known fact around 40 percent of the country’s population is of people aging between 15 to 35, and hence the IYF team believes th
at they deserve a better, safe, prosperous life. IYF mission and vision lies in the fact that India despite having such a huge population of youngsters, has failed to utilize this massive Human Resource, which is undoubtedly needed to build a developed super power in the coming years. The above mentioned neglect is a result of the following factors, on which the IYF has been working:
a) Lack of efficient and affordable Vocational education facilities
b) Over emphasis on the very old merit based academic system
c) Slow generation of employment as compared to the rate at which graduates are generated in the nation. Hence the IYF works in this direction to ensure that India’s youth realises its strength and paves path for not only his wellness but also for improving the common man’s life.
