The FED Core Team engaged in a three-day Life Stage Survey (LSS) Capacity-Building Workshop facilitated by Atma from 20 to 22 November 2025 in Jaipur. This exclusive internal workshop focused on strengthening key institutional areas such as programme management 📘, monitoring & evaluation 📊, HR 🤝, digital systems 💻, leadership 🌱, fundraising 💡, finance 💼, marketing 📣, strategy 🎯 and governance 🏛️.
This initiative is part of FED’s institutional strengthening work supported by Tata Trusts 🤝.
✨ The workshop concluded with stronger alignment, deeper clarity, and renewed energy toward organizational excellence.

On 3rd September 2025, the 11th Anil Bordia Memorial Lecture was successfully organized through the joint collaboration of Doosra Dashak (FED), SANDHAN and the Rajasthan Adult Education Association (RAEA).

🎤 The lecture was delivered by S. M. Acharya, Retd. IAS, who emphasized that the government should play a greater role in delivering education rather than merely regulating it. He also highlighted the importance of adopting a community-centered approach to ensure meaningful education for all sections of society. 📚

10 inspiring women from the UltraTech Cement Women Club 👩‍🏭🌼 visited the ongoing 4-month residential camp for adolescent girls 👧🏽🏕️ in Pindwara Block. They spent time interacting with the girls 💬💞 — discussing their daily routine, the knowledge they’re gaining 📚🧠, and how their lives have been changing since joining the camp 🌱➡️🌸.

💝 As a token of love, they gifted beautiful salwar suits 👗 to all the girls, bringing smiles and happiness all around! 😄🎁. They also assured their continued support in the future 🤝💫
