Vijendra Saini from DCM Ajmer Road, Jaipur, once struggled with unemployment and uncertainty about his future. Determined to build a better life, he enrolled in the 3-month free Solar Training Program at SK Foundation’s Khatipura Solar Training Centre. Through hands-on learning and skill development, Vijendra gained the confidence and technical expertise needed to step into the growing solar industry.

After completing the training, he took a bold step and started his own venture — Shree Shyam Solar Company. Today, Vijendra is not only self-employed but is also earning between ₹50,000 to ₹1 lakh every month. From searching for opportunities to becoming his own boss, his journey reflects the power of skill development and self-reliance.

Under our Margdarshak Program, we recently conducted a career counseling session at Mahatma Gandhi Government School Basic Topkhana Model, Jaipur, with enthusiastic participation from 150 students of classes 9th to 12th.

Separate class-wise sessions were organized to ensure focused guidance:

📘 Class 10 students explored stream selection, subject combinations, and career opportunities after 10th.

🎓 Classes 11th & 12th received insights on higher education, professional courses, skill development, and career planning after 12th.

The students actively participated, asked thoughtful questions, and showed immense curiosity about their future paths. Sessions like these help empower students with clarity, confidence, and direction for the journey ahead ✨
