Machli was a very famous tigress in Ranthambore Tiger Reserve. She was known as the "Queen Mother of Tigers" and was one of the most photographed tigresses in the world. She played a huge role in the regeneration of the tiger population there.Machli passed away in 2016. And yes, she had some incredible encounters! One of the most famous was her fight with a large crocodile. Despite being much older and having lost some teeth, she defeated the crocodile to protect her cubs and maintain her territory.

Thank you to everyone who was involved in this case.
