Being a subject to such machinery where there is an acute shortage of practical efficient knowledge of the subject a group of friends came up together to form an institute standing proudly on pillars of high morals of the traditions and customs of Indian society, determination to empower the underprivileged sects of the society, and commitment to deliver practical knowledge of the subjects those are taught. Srishti Yuva Manch was formed by a group of friends, established corporate and academic professionals with a keen outlook develop the standards of education and to improve the possibilities of opportunities and who wanted to make serious social contributions. And with their in-depth corporate insight, these friends decided to make Srishti Yuva Manch function as a catalyst to bring a stirring change at the grassroots level while also enabling the civil society to engage proactively in the change process following the idea of Civic Driven Change and adopting the highest standard of governance and efficient educational system. Since 2010 Srishti Yuva Manch has been working on various subjects to provide meaningful education for children, job opportunities for the youth, healthcare in rural villages and urban slums, women empowerment and creating awareness of the under privileged masses. As it completes 3 years of catalyzing development, Srishti has successfully reached out to over thousands of beneficiaries across the districts in Bastar zone, which were left untouched and ignored by the cotemporary changing world
