JVC Alumni Association This is for the present and past students of veterinary college to share among themselves.

When JVC Alumni Association was founded on 18th Feb 1999 by the past, present students, staff of the erstwhile C.P and Barar college of veterinary sciences and animal husbandry,Jabalpur,it was resolved to put all the efforts so that the Alumni association should continue foreever and be a link for past and present students of the college. To achieve this goal, a news letter by JVC alumni associati

on was published quarterly informing about the activities of the alumni. Later, it became difficult to publish the letter and to maintain the contacts with our alumni. Therefore, I, your past Secretary , in consultation with others , decided to go to facebook so that every alumni and others who are interested may log in the facebook to post the important events .I am confident this will act as a good medium to remain in contact and having all the latest informations about our alumni. At this moment, I wish to thank Wing Commander Prashant Gupta for creating this account. Now, I desire that more and more alumni should start joining this facebook to air their views and informing important events.

Pleased to inform that today we arranged a meeting where President Dr Gaur , vice president dr Jyoti tiwari , past president dr op shrivastava dr MLV Rao past secretary ,me and others joined the meeting. I took responsibility of publishing online news letter from january onwards. Other priorties are to update excutives till date and gold medal winning students. Today I visited vety college and surprised to observe this site -now decorated with flowers and grass. I remember this NANDI was installed in 2003 by JVCAA . I tried to maintain the site but later deans did not take same interest changing it to desert. Now Dr Ramesh Baghel dean of the college and its alumnus has once again changed the site. Hopefully JVCAA will shortly have its offices .
