#योग_जीवन_फाउंडेशन के द्वारा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के उपलक्ष्य मे महाराष्ट्र इंग्लिश मिडियम स्कूल मे दो दिवसीय योग शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमे योगाचार्य दीपक पटेल ने बच्चो को आयुष मंत्रालय के द्वारा निर्धारित प्रोटोकॉल के अंतर्गत आसान, ओर प्राणायाम करबाये गये*।

#योग_जीवन_फाउंडेशन के तत्वाधान मे सुख सागर मेडिकल कॉलेज के सभी शिक्षक एवं छात्र छात्राओं ने अंतरर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर जबलपुर सुखसागर मेडिकल कॉलेज मे योगाचार्य दीपक पटेल योगाचार्य सुमित पांडेय के मार्गदर्शन मे आयुष मंत्रालय द्वारा बनाये गये योग प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करते हुए। योग अभ्यास किया। योगाचार्य दीपक पटेल द्वारा आसन, प्राणायाम, ध्यान, की क्रिया करबाई गयी।इसके साथ ही योग के महत्व पर प्रकाश डालते हुये बताया की योग मानसिक तनाव को तो कम करता है साथ हि योग किसी ओषधि से कम नही है । योग से मनुष्य की शरीरिक ओर मानसिक बीमारी जो भी है । उन पर विजय पायी जा सकती है । इस अवसर पर अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानवाधिकार एवं अपराध रोधी संगठन के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष दीपक सिंह परिहार, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष दीपक पटेल, प्रदीप तोमर साक्षी राजपूत, स्नेहा एवं कॉलेज की डीन सविता वर्मा जी उपस्थित रही*।
