Dr. Hissang’s remarkable dedication towards academic excellence, social responsibility, and the empowerment of indigenous communities has earned him immense respect across Arunachal Pradesh and beyond. Alongside his distinguished academic career, he is presently serving as the Assistant General Secretary of the Nyishi Elite Society (NES), where he continues to play a vital role in advocating for the welfare, rights, and development of tribal communities.

The All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA), East Kameng District Unit, extends its deepest condolences on the sad and untimely demise of . Dr. Bengia Tolum, a respected leader, eminent social reformer, and a guiding voice for the indigenous communities of Arunachal Pradesh.
With profound grief and heartfelt sorrow, we mourn the loss of a visionary personality whose unwavering dedication, wisdom, and lifelong service towards the welfare and upliftment of society will always be remembered with immense respect and gratitude. Through his exemplary leadership and selfless contributions, he inspired countless individuals and strengthened the spirit of unity, culture, and identity among the people.
His demise is an irreparable loss not only to the Nyishi community but also to the entire state of Arunachal Pradesh. His legacy of service, leadership, and commitment to society shall continue to inspire generations to come.

The All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA), East Kameng District Unit, actively and positively participated in the 19th Nyishi Day celebration held at Nyokum Lapang, Seppa. The event was organized by the Nyishi Elite Society (NES), East Kameng District Unit.
The programme was graced by the Hon’ble MLA of the 16-Yachuli Assembly Constituency, Toko Tatung, as the Chief Guest. The Hon’ble MLA of 10-Seppa Assembly Constituency, Ealing Tallang, along with the ZPC and ZPMs, attended the programme as Special Guests.
Several organizations, unions, and associations, including EKSWCO,WWO,EK, AEKDSU, EKAS, various CBOs, and the general public of Seppa, participated with great enthusiasm, making the celebration a grand success.

On this solemn occasion, . Ramesh Taku, President, ANYA East Kameng, was honoured as the Chief Guest. . Aga Yangfo, Assistant IPR, CEM ANYA, graced the programme as the Guest of Honour, while .
