ESU Zonal Committee meet Arunachal Pradesh regional and Divisional Office staffs at FCI RO Itanagar and DO Banderdewa after forming a full member committee
Also interacted and took various matters concerning the welfare of employees.

Today ESU zonal committee has met CGM, FCI NE ZONE, and has raised and discussed some important matters related to staff welfare.

1. Delay in ZPC- It was cited by management that ZPC was constituted but after scrutiny of the promotee cases it has been found that, some staffs of 2020 batch have joined lately due to OBC caste certificate issues and thus has not completed 3 years of job confirmation. If ZPC is conducted and promotion orders are issued now legal constraints may occur and thus ZPC is delayed for some days.
2. SIAS update- SIAS is on final stage where near about 200 employees will get SIAS within next month.
3. Permanent zone transfer- Permanent zone transfer request along is under consideration however they may be allowed after promotion which is due for such employees so that they don't loose seniority and financial benefits.
4. Many of our field staffs have experienced that during receipt / issue mixing of wheat and rice or with other foreign materials takes place and very hard work is to be done to clean such stock. A special budget in the name of special equipment is allotted to ZO by HQ. However, as no indent for such cleaning equipment is placed by Divisional offices to RO and subsequently to ZO, the complete fund has returned unutilised. Therefore, every manager depot/ manager QC is requested to work out with the automated cleaning machine and place the indent to RO through divisional manager which will ultimately be sanctioned by ZO.
5. Inter-regional transfer request- it is assured by management that inter- regional transfer request will be cleared very soon after issuance of promotion orders from AG-3 to AG-2.
6. transfer within region will also start after ending of the procurement season.

We the team FCI esu have been fighting with all the limited strength for the betterment of our category 3 and 4 staffs . We have tried our level best to take up the matter with higher authorities to create a working friendly environment for ourselves. Staffs from NE zone have immensely supported us with love and affection.

Team ESU NE have never demanded any monetary help from any staffs till date and has tried to cover expenses from our respected post holders, it is requested to everyone to show some love to us and contribute something in our account. This will encourage us to work even harder for the betterment of the staffs.
