CREDAI's 25th Foundation Day Celebration @ JW Marriott Hotel, Delhi

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) proudly celebrated its 25th Foundation Day at the prestigious JW Marriott Hotel in Delhi. The milestone event witnessed the presence of prominent leaders, including State Presidents and City Presidents from across the nation, as well as influential stakeholders from the real estate sector.

The event was graced by Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Minister of Commerce & Industry, Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, and Textiles, who addressed the gathering. In his keynote speech, Shri Goyal emphasized the importance of the real estate sector in shaping a Viksit Bharat (Developed India) by 2047. He highlighted the need for sustainable and innovative development practices and reiterated the government's commitment to fostering growth in the housing and infrastructure

CREDAI National President, Mr. Boman Irani, took the audience down memory lane by recounting the organization’s journey since its inception. He fondly recalled the contributions and vision of past Presidents, whose dedication and efforts laid the strong foundation for CREDAI’s success.

आज ०१ ऑक्टोंबर २०२४ क्रेडाई इस्लामपूरची मासिक मिटींग अत्यंत खेळीमेळीच्या वातावरणात पार पडली यावेळी इस्लामपूरचे नगरपरिषदेचे सहाय्यक नगररचनाकार श्री आकाश आटाळे साहेब हे प्रमुख पाहुणे म्हणून उपस्थित होते. यावेळी भविष्यातील शहर विकासाची संधी नगररचनेच्या माध्यमातून कशी साधता येतील याबद्दल साहेब यांनी मार्गदर्शन केले, तसेच प्रामुख्याने शहराचा विकास होताना नक्की कशाप्रकारे प्रशासन आणि नागरिक यांनी प्रयत्न करणे गरजेचे आहे हे विस्तृतपणे सांगितले. नवीन लेआउट किंवा इतर डेव्हलपमेंट करत असताना कोणत्या गोष्टी प्रामुख्याने केल्या पाहिजेत याबद्दल माहिती दिली व त्यातून शहराचा शाश्वत विकास कसा होतो हे पटवून दिले. शहरामध्ये डेव्हलपमेंटसाठी मोठी संधी उपलब्ध असल्याचे सांगितले. तसेच क्रेडाई इस्लामपूरचे संचालक सत्यजीत पाटील याना चार्टर्ड इंजिनिअर म्हणून पदवी मिळाल्याबद्दल क्रेडाई इस्लामपूरच्या वतीने सत्कार करण्यात आला. यावेळी क्रेडाईचे सर्व पदाधिकारी व सदस्य उपस्थित होते….

०१ जुलै २०२४ रोजी क्रेडाई इस्लामपूर ची मासिक मिटींग पार पडली. विविध विषयांवर सखोल चर्चा झाली. यावेळी केंगन वॉटर डेमो देण्यात आला तसेच श्री प्रवीणजी फल्ले व नवाजभाई पटवेकर यांची IBF ISLAMPUR च्या उपाध्यक्षपदी निवड झाल्याबद्दल क्रेडाई इस्लामपूर तर्फे सत्कार करण्यात आला.
