First Indian Cyber welfare Society will be helping women and be given tips and advice's on ‘how to tackle cyber crimes’. For this, they will be posting various articles, posts, blogs and even tweets reaching out to maximum number of people through as many as social mediums possible. The main aim of the society is to create a safe cyber space for women. Not all cyber crimes are being reported becau

se people are not aware about how to deal with such crimes nor do they trust that a satisfactory solution could found out. Yes, that is true that at this moment, we don’t have necessary crime investigators and judges who are specialized in cyber crimes. Cyber Law Advisor Shakeel Anjum is the founder member of the society along with the team of IT experts and social workers . Shakeel Anjum invites interested experts of the field to join hands with them and spread the knowledge as far as possible. The main aims of Cyber Welfare Society India are:-

-To spread awareness about cyber crimes
-To make people aware about how one can avoid being a victim
-Help the victims to reach the criminal
-Make the cyber space safe

"डिजिटल अरेस्ट" : वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को ठगने का नया तरीका

कैसे देते हैं ठग इस वारदात को अंजाम?

पीड़ित को कॉल या वीडियो कॉल के माध्यम से सरकारी एजेंसियों का अधिकारी बनकर संपर्क किया जाता है।

उन्हें बताया जाता है कि उनके नाम से कोई गैरकानूनी गतिविधि (जैसे ड्रग्स, हवाला, मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग) जुड़ी है।

डराने के लिए वीडियो कॉल में नकली पुलिस या अधिकारी वर्दी में दिखाई देते हैं।

केस खत्म करने या नाम हटाने के नाम पर भारी रकम मांगी जाती है।

पीड़ित को बार-बार धमकाया जाता है और किसी से बात न करने की हिदायत दी जाती है।

ऐसे बचें डिजिटल अरेस्ट जैसे साइबर अपराधों से:

कोई भी सरकारी संस्था या पुलिस कभी भी फोन, वीडियो कॉल या ऑनलाइन माध्यम से पैसे नहीं मांगती।

अगर किसी एजेंसी से कॉल आता है, तो उसकी पहचान की पुष्टि करने के लिए निकटतम थाने या उस विभाग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर संपर्क करें।

अनजान कॉल्स या वीडियो कॉल्स पर विश्वास न करें, विशेषकर जब वे डर फैलाने की कोशिश करें।

वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को विशेष रूप से इस तरह की घटनाओं की जानकारी दें ताकि वे सतर्क रहें।

अगर आप या आपके किसी परिचित के साथ ऐसा हुआ है:

तुरंत साइबर क्राइम हेल्पलाइन 1930 पर कॉल करें।

https://cybercrime.gov.in पर शिकायत दर्ज करें।

याद रखें, सतर्कता ही सबसे बड़ा बचाव है।

"APK File से सावधान रहें" एक बहुत जरूरी चेतावनी है, खासकर आज के डिजिटल युग में। आइए इस विषय को विस्तार से समझते हैं:

APK File से सावधान रहें – क्यों और कैसे?

1. APK File क्या होती है?
APK (Android Package Kit) एक फाइल फॉर्मेट है, जिसका उपयोग एंड्रॉइड ऐप्स को इंस्टॉल करने के लिए किया जाता है। जब आप गूगल प्ले स्टोर के बाहर से कोई ऐप डाउनलोड करते हैं, तो वह आमतौर पर APK फाइल के रूप में होता है।

2. खतरा कहाँ है?
प्लेस्टोर से बाहर की APK फाइल्स में मालवेयर, वायरस, स्पाइवेयर या रैनसमवेयर हो सकता है, जो:

आपके फोन के डेटा को चुरा सकता है।

आपके कैमरा और माइक तक एक्सेस पा सकता है।

आपके बैंकिंग ऐप्स से जानकारी चुरा सकता है।

फोन को लॉक करके फिरौती माँग सकता है।

3. कौन सी APK फाइल्स खतरनाक हो सकती हैं?

फेक गेम्स या हैक किए गए ऐप्स

प्रीमियम फीचर फ्री देने वाली फर्जी ऐप्स

व्हाट्सएप, फेसबुक या इंस्टाग्राम के “मॉडेड वर्ज़न”

फ्री मूवी, सिरीज़ या पॉर्न देने वाले ऐप्स

4. बचाव कैसे करें?

हमेशा गूगल प्ले स्टोर से ही ऐप डाउनलोड करें।

अनजान वेबसाइट या टेलीग्राम/व्हाट्सएप से मिली APK फाइल्स से दूरी बनाए रखें।

फोन की सेटिंग में जाकर “Unknown Sources” से ऐप इंस्टॉल करने की अनुमति बंद कर दें।

एक अच्छा एंटीवायरस ऐप इस्तेमाल करें।

ऐप इंस्टॉल करने से पहले उसके परमिशन चेक करें – कैमरा, माइक्रोफोन, लोकेशन की परमिशन चेक करें।

Regarding Cyber Crime Awareness.

साइबर जागरूकता के लिए हमे कुछ बातो का ध्यान रखना होगा जो निम्न प्रकार हैं ।

1. किसी भी ऑफर के झांसे में न आएं, पहले उस ऑफर के बारे में पूरी तरह जान ले ।

2. अपने बैंक खाते से जुड़ी खुफिया जानकारी किसी अनजान व्यक्ति के साथ सांझा ना करें ।

3. किसी भी होम लोन, कार लोन, पर्सनल लोन और अन्य किसी लोन या दिवाली ऑफर के लिए कोई कॉल आता हैं तो उसका रेस्पॉन्स ना दे जब तक की उस ऑफर की कोई ऑफिसियल जानकारी न हो ।

4.आपका बैंक आपसे कभी भी OTP, CVV ,DOB और ATM पिन नहीं मांगता हैं अगर कोई फ़ोन कॉल पर बैंक का अधिकारी बताकर आपसे इन सभी कि जानकारी मांगता हैं तो ऐसे फ़ोन कॉल का जवाब ना दें ।

5.ATM कार्ड का प्रयोग सुरक्षित ATM में करें तथा अपना ATM कार्ड किसी अनजान को ना दें ।

6. हाल ही के सबसे पॉपुलर क्राइम की बात करे तो वो ये है की कोई अपनी पहचान आर्मी पर्सन बताता है और अपनी कोई ओल्ड कार ,बाइक ,स्कूटी या अन्य कोई सामग्री ऑनलाइन या OLX पर बेचने की बात करता है तो उस पर ट्रस्ट/ विश्वास न करे ।

7. ऑनलाइन ट्रांजेक्शन सुरक्षित वेबसाइट (https) से ही करें ।

8. डिजिटल अरेस्ट क्राइम से सावधान रहें, किसी भी unknown वीडियो कॉल को न उठाएं और पुलिस कभी डिजिटल अरेस्ट नहीं करती ।

9. सोशल मीडिया पर कोई ब्लैकमेल करता है तो उसकी शिकायत नजदीकी पुलिस स्टेशन में करें या साइबर क्राइम हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1930 पर कॉल करे।

10. अपना पासवर्ड 🔑 मजबूत रखें और टू फैक्टर authentication एक्टिवेट रखे, अपने जीमेल अकाउंट को सुरक्षित रखें।
