Norec exchange program has been a transformative journey for these participants, who are passionate for changemaking, cultivating cross-cultural understanding and preparing to make a meaningful impact in their respective communities.
From immersive cultural experiences to intensive training sessions, each participant embraced the opportunity to broaden their perspectives and build lasting connections with peers from around the world.
