दिनांक 27-05-2026 हीमोफीलिया सोसायटी इंदौर चैप्टर महिला समूह द्वारा हिंदी साहित्य समिति में एक सफल एवं ज्ञानवर्धक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें
Dr. Swati Patel Mam, Dr. Saima Qureshi Mam, Geeta Kushwah Ji, Maya Tagare Ji, Sunita Prajapat Ji, Yashasvi Kale Ji, Ritu Singodiya Ji एवं सभी WG सदस्यों की उपस्थिति रही।

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत Dr. Swati Patel Mam के स्वागत के साथ हुई, एकादशी के शुभ दिन तुलसी का पौधा भेंट किया गया। 🌿🎁
इसके पश्चात Dr. Swati Patel Mam द्वारा VWD एवं पीरियड्स के दौरान होने वाले दर्द और ब्लीडिंग को कैसे मैनेज करें, दर्द में कौन-कौन सी remedies उपयोगी रहती हैं — इस विषय पर प्रश्न-उत्तर एवं महत्वपूर्ण चर्चा की गई।
Dr. Saima Qureshi Mam से भी पीरियड्स से जुड़ी समस्याओं पर चर्चा हुई।

Maya Tagare Ji द्वारा CD/PND विषय पर जानकारी साझा की गई।
ओर साथ ही
Ritu Singodiya Ji द्वारा एक सुंदर Womb Healing Session कराया गया।
Geeta Kushwah Ji द्वारा कम कीमत में सैनिटरी पैड उपलब्ध करवाए गए

इसी के साथ माँ की ममता ओर मां के संघर्ष, प्रेम और समर्पण को सम्मान देते हुए WG द्वारा केक कटिंग के साथ mother's Day हर्षोल्लास से मनाया गया। 🎂💐

कार्यक्रम में Women Bleeder Avni Jain को सैनिटरी पैड वितरित किए गए तथा सभी महिलाओं को भी सैनिटरी पैड एवं फूड पैकेट प्रदान किए गए। 🍱
आगे की योजनाओं एवं गतिविधियों पर भी चर्चा की गई।
इसी के साथ कार्यक्रम का सफल समापन हुआ। धन्यवाद। 🙏🌸

One Step Ahead in Hemophilia Care: Indore Chapter Organized Prophylaxis Awareness Seminar

On 17 May 2026, the Indore Chapter organized an informative seminar for hemophilia patients who are on prophylaxis treatment (with Himlibra / EHL). Around 60 participants, including 30 Persons with Hemophilia (PWH) and their family members, attended the session.

The seminar was conducted by Dr. Akshay Lahoti, Hematologist, who explained in detail about the medicine, how it works, and the importance of taking initiative for prophylaxis therapy in hemophilia care. He also highlighted the vital role of prophylaxis in preventing major bleeds and during surgeries. The session was highly informative and interactive.

Dr. Qureshi, President of Indore Chapter, also explained about GI Bleed (Gastrointestinal Bleeding) and IC Bleed (Intracranial Bleeding). He discussed their symptoms, risks, precautions, and the importance of timely treatment and awareness among hemophilia patients and their families.

Dr. Priyanka Atulkar Dandel, Physiotherapist from District Hospital, motivated participants about the importance of physiotherapy along with prophylaxis treatment. She explained why physiotherapy is essential for maintaining joint health and improving mobility in hemophilia patients. She also demonstrated live exercises for elbow, shoulder, wrist, hip, knee, and ankle joints in a very simple and practical manner. She strongly encouraged making physiotherapy compulsory for all patients who are on prophylaxis therapy.

The program was hosted by Mr. Mahendra Vikhar, while the welcome and vote of thanks were delivered by Mrs. Maya Tagare. During the session, hemophilia patients and their family members also shared their experiences regarding prophylaxis therapy and its positive impact on their lives.

The seminar concluded successfully with active participation and valuable discussions among patients, families, and healthcare experts.

26 अप्रैल को इंदौर चैप्टर द्वारा World Hemophilia Day का सफल आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें कुल 110 सदस्यों ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान बच्चों के लिए ड्रॉइंग एक्टिविटी तथा अन्य सभी सदस्यों के लिए रैपिड क्विज़ (प्रश्नोत्तरी) प्रतियोगिता आयोजित की गई।

Dr. Irfan Qureshi, Dr. Saima Qureshi तथा Dr. Hariyani ने बच्चों को शुभकामनाएँ दीं और हीमोफीलिया के साथ स्वस्थ जीवन कैसे जिया जा सकता है, इस विषय पर महत्वपूर्ण मार्गदर्शन प्रदान किया। Dr. Ruhi Gupta ने भी सभी को दैनिक दंत देखभाल (डेंटल केयर) के बारे में उपयोगी जानकारी दी।

इस कार्यक्रम में Indore District Hospital के नर्सिंग स्टाफ की भी उपस्थिति रही। कार्यक्रम का संचालन Mahendra Vikhar द्वारा किया गया तथा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन (Vote of Thanks) Maya Tagare द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया गया।
