We undertake interactive awareness programmes to promote the use of RTI Act in all fields. We indulge in dissemination of information through lectures, seminars, distribution of literature etc.. These training programmes range from creating a basic level of awareness and extend to giving a thorough knowledge of the Act. We specialize in conducting workshops and training programmes for the public s
ervants based on examples from real life situations. Our programmes for government officers discuss their responsibilities in the RTI regime with a focus on role a PIO is supposed to play. A strong stress on the Pro-active disclosure by the authorities is foremost in our strategy. True democracy is not possible until the majesty of the individual Citizen is recognised by giving due respect to the rights of the individual Citizen. Till the power is put directly into the hands of the foundation of democracy - the Citizen, who can use it without the necessity of being a part of a group or association - participative democracy is not possible. We encourage the use of RTI in all spheres like environment, public health, education, women and child welfare etc with emphasis on making the RTI Act a success wherein both the applicant and the public authorities are common stakeholders.
