AMGSU The AMGSU was formed on 25th September, 1967. It does this through cultural events, activism and direct support through services.

All Manipur Gorkha Students' Union (AMGSU) is a state level student organisation of the entire gorkha minority community of the state of Manipur, who have been living here for generations. Tilak Poudel remembered:

All Manipur Gorkha Students' Union observed 10th Martyr Day of Tilak Poudel who was killed in police action during a strong agitation against a r**e of a minor Gorkha girl on 18th April, 2014 at Kanglatongbi.

Remembering his supreme sacrifice candle lightening and floral tribute was paid to the Portrait of Tilak Poudel at Kanglatongbi Mandir Waiting Shed being hosted by All Manipur Gorkha Students' Union.
AMGSU heartily extended gratitude to the different civil society organizations of the state who joined the movement to deliver justice to the victim families. AMGSU also salutes the 26 persons of Kanglatongbi and Kalapahar who injured during the agitations.

Kanglatongbi Gram Panchayat, Smt. Meena Bista, Advisor of AMGSU Shri Krishnalal Biwswakarma, Kanglatongbi GP Ex-Pradhan Shri Shiva Kumar Basnet, Shri. Mani Kumar Limbu, Principal Roses English High School, Shri Gopal Limbu, Principal of Froebel English School,family members of the Martyr Poudel, representatives of Vijaynagar Women Society, members of AMGSU Kanglatongbi and Motbung Unit, other prominent figures of Kanglatongbi were attended the observation.

As a part of compulsory yearly program of AMGSU and it's Units observed the day to pay the huge respect to the departed soul.

अखिल मणिपुर गोर्खा विद्यार्थी संगठन (अं.म.गो.वि.सं) का ६ जना पदाधिकारीहरु मणिपुरका गोर्खाहरुको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्दै अखिल असम गोर्खा छात्र संघद्वारा आयोजित दोस्रो पूर्वोत्तर गोर्खा अधिवेशन तथा आग्सूको १७ औं अधिवेशनमा शामिल भए।
गुवाहाटी खानापाडामा भई रहेको यो भव्य कार्यक्रममा अखिल मणिपुर गोर्खा विद्यार्थी संगठनका अध्यक्ष श्रीमान लोक बहादुर अधिकारी, उपाध्यक्ष दीपक बाॅंस्तोला, मूल सचिव नितेश दवाडी, शिक्षा सचिव जनक पौडेल, सहायक अध्यक्ष राज कुमार रिजाल, तथा प्रचार प्रसार सचिव होमनाथ चापागाईंले भाग लिए।
अखिल मणिपुर गोर्खा विद्यार्थी संगठन द्वारा अखिल असम गोर्खा छात्र संघ ४८ वर्षको भएकामा हार्दिक शुभकामना व्यक्त गरिन्छ। पूर्व कार्यकारी आग्सूलाई आफ्नो कार्यकाल अति सुचारू ढंगले चलाईं आफ्नो कार्यकाल सम्पन्न गर्नु भएकामा अ.म.गो.वि.सं यहाॅंहरुको सराहना गर्दछ साथै नव गठित समितिका अध्यक्ष श्रीमान सुनिल क्षेत्रीजी, मूल सचिव नुमल क्षेत्रीजी लगायत सम्पूर्ण पदाधिकारीहरुलाई अग्रिम बधाई तथा धेरै धेरै शुभकामना व्यक्त गर्दछ।
आग्सूका अगुवाईमा एउटा पूर्वोत्तर स्तरकै समिति गठित गरी सम्पूर्ण पूर्वोत्तरका गोर्खाहरु माथी कुनै प्रकारको समस्या आई लागे पनि सबै मिलेर छलफल गरी समस्याहरुको हल गर्ने बाटो बनाऔं तथा गोर्खा प्रति आई परेका हरेक प्रकारका समस्या औ खुशीयालीमा आपसमा जानकारी राखी आगामी दिनमा हाम्रो कार्य अघि बडाऔं भन्ने कामना अ.म.गो.वि.सं. गर्दछ।
यो अमूल्य कार्यक्रममा विभिन्न कार्यक्रमको समावेश तथा सांस्कृतिक प्रदर्शनीले नव युवाहरुलाई हाम्रो गोर्खे संस्कृतिको परिचय जनाउनु सबका निम्ति गौरवशाली पहल हो।
यो भव्य कार्यक्रम आयोजित गरी अखिल मणिपुर गोर्खा विद्यार्थी संगठनलाई निमन्त्रण गरी ठाॅंउ दिनु भएकामा आयोजक समितिलाई संगठन धेरै धेरै धन्यवाद टक्र्याउॅंछ।

6 officials of the All Manipur Gorkha Students' Union(AMGSU) represented the Gorkhas of Manipur and participated in the 2nd Northeast Gorkha Festival and 17th Convention of AAGSU organized by All Assam Gorkha Students Union.

President Mr. Lok Bahadur Adhikari , Vice President Deepak Bastola, General Secretary Nitesh Dabadi, Education Secretary Janak Poudel, PA to President Raj Kumar Rizal, and Publicity Secretary Homnath Chapagain participated in this grand program being held at Guwahati Khanpada.

The All Manipur Gorkha Students' Union wishes the All Assam Gorkha Students' Union for its 48 years of service and dedication. A.M.G.S U appreciates the former executive of AAGSU for completing their term in a very smooth manner and congratulates all the officials including President Mr. Sunil Chhetriji, General Secretary Numal Chhetriji and all the executives of the newly formed committee.

Under the leadership of AAGSU, a North-Eastern level committee will be formed soon.
In this auspicious program, the inclusion of various programs and cultural exhibitions to introduce our Gorkha culture to the young people is a glorious initiative for all.

AMGSU would like to thank the organizing committee for inviting us and hosting this grand event.
