We often speak of progress.
But no one tells you about its price.

The rivers we dried.
The hills we leveled.
The trees we murdered in the name of growth.

We pay with our air, our peace, our health —
and soon, perhaps, our survival.

What if real progress was not building higher —
but protecting what lies beneath our feet?

What if the smartest cities were the ones that let nature live among us?

If Earth had a voice, it wouldn't shout.
It would whisper — softly, through falling leaves, cracked soil, and vanishing bird songs.

We don't need more concrete jungles, more highways through silence, or malls that shine brighter than the stars.

What we need… is to remember.

That we are not owners of this planet.
We are only guests — temporary passengers on a ship that's silently breaking under our feet.

And yet, even now… Earth is patient. It still gives.

But how long will she wait for us to wake up?

"Earth does not need saving. we do"

The rivers will still flow
The trees will still grow
" If we let them "

But concrete doesn't breath and neither do we in it
