Exposure is often the first step toward aspiration.

86% of students in our STEM program are introduced to subjects like astronomy, climate science, and advanced scientific concepts for the very first time through our interventions. For many students in under-resourced schools, access to practical STEM exposure remains extremely limited, despite growing importance of these fields in the future workforce and global economy.

Our program creates opportunities for students to engage with science beyond textbooks through hands-on models, experiments, innovation activities, astronomy sessions, and interactive learning experiences.

These experiences do more than improve understanding. They help students imagine new possibilities for themselves, expanding awareness of careers, technologies, and fields of study they may never have previously encountered.

When girls are given access, encouragement, and the opportunity to explore freely, participation in STEM naturally grows.

Over 50% of students in our STEM program are girls, helping bridge the gender gap in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education. In many underserved communities, girls remain underrepresented in STEM spaces due to social barriers, limited exposure, and a lack of confidence-building opportunities from an early age.

Our STEM interventions are designed to create inclusive and engaging learning environments where girls are encouraged to experiment, ask questions, collaborate, and actively participate in hands-on learning experiences. Curiosity is one of the most powerful starting points for learning.

73% of students in our STEM program report improved learning outcomes through hands-on and experiential education. In many under-resourced classrooms, students are still learning through memorization with limited opportunities to experiment, create, or explore concepts in practical ways. As a result, subjects like science, technology, and mathematics can often feel distant or intimidating.

It is not always about lack of resources. Often, it is stigma, misinformation, and silence that hold them back.

In the Adolescent Wellbeing Program, the focus is not just on awareness, but on changing beliefs.

Not all change is loud. Some of it looks like a girl raising her hand for the first time.

When and came together for the Adolescent Wellbeing Program, the goal was not just to deliver sessions but to create a shift in how young girls understand themselves and the world around them.

Across Nalgonda, girls are engaging with conversations that were once difficult to have. They are asking questions, challenging myths, and building confidence in spaces that now feel safe and supportive.

This is what impact looks like. Not just awareness, but a change in perspective. Not just information, but a sense of dignity and agency.

Because when a girl begins to see herself differently, everything begins to change.

What started as a few sessions became something far more powerful.

At ZPHS Nizampet, young girls came together to learn about their bodies, their emotions, and their voices. Conversations around menstrual health, puberty, and wellbeing slowly turned into confidence, self-awareness, and courage.

The closing event was not just the end of a program. It was a celebration of every question asked, every hesitation overcome, and every girl who chose to show up for herself.

With the presence of Mr. Pradeep Kahitan, Managing Director, Pandrol-Rahee, and Mr. N Ravikumar, Addl. General Manager, and Mr. M Ranjith Kumar, Sr. Manager HR and Admin, the moment felt even more meaningful as leaders came together to support and witness this journey.

We are deeply grateful to Pandrol-Rahee for believing in the importance of adolescent well-being and for supporting a journey that puts dignity, awareness, and empowerment at the center.

This may be where the program concludes, but the impact will continue to grow in every classroom, every conversation, and every young life it has touched.

From understanding their bodies to owning their voices, these young girls didnโ€™t just attend the Adolescent Wellbeing Program sessions, they showed up for themselves, for each other, and for a future where well-being is not a privilege, but a right.

Our closing event at Government High School, Filmnagar was more than a celebration but rather a reminder of what happens when awareness meets action. From laughter to quiet reflections, every moment told a story of growth, courage, and change.
