Blue Cross of Hyderabad is committed to advancing animal welfare through humane solutions, services, training and awareness.

This June, we partnered with Worldwide Veterinary Services (WVS) to conduct an intensive 10-day training program on surgery protocols for veterinarians — enabling the Animal Husbandry Department, Government of Telangana to extend Animal Birth Control (ABC) surgeries to more districts.

Our shared vision: equip veterinary professionals with the knowledge, skills and best practices to implement effective, humane ABC/ARV programs across Telangana — and create lasting impact for animal welfare statewide.

The positive feedback from participating veterinarians has our training partners and staff more motivated than ever to continue this mission. Together, we’re building a stronger network of skilled professionals dedicated to animal welfare and a Rabies-free Telangana.

3rd and 4th week of our Anti-Rabies Vaccination Drive is creating an even bigger impact across Hyderabad! 💙🐾

In just 6 campaign days this week, our dedicated teams vaccinated 1,806 community dogs, expanding our reach across 12 new locations while continuing our mission towards a Rabies-Free Telangana.

From Hafeezpet, Madhinaguda, Chandanagar, Miyapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Serilingampally and many more neighbourhoods, every vaccination is a step towards protecting animals, preventing rabies, and safeguarding our communities.
