ration: As a Second Generation Entrepreneur, the advantage is that they already have a readymade base. The main Challenge of the Second or third Generation is maintaining standards of the brand, trust whether of employees, customers, partners, stakeholders and they have to strive to continue that legacy. But that's the whole challenge.
