Land acquisition payouts are now tax-free, yes, really. If you've been waiting on RFCTLARR compensation, the new tax regime just made it a whole lot better for you, effective this month.

Oh, and Hyderabad is now a heli-tourism city. Srisailam and Somasila are now just a scenic flight away. How cool is that?

And the numbers? The city sold 9,541 homes this quarter, prices are up 9%, and the western corridor is on a tear, 81% price rise since 2019. Not a fluke. This is a city that keeps showing up.
