A Defining Step for Hyderabad’s Real Estate Industry

Hyderabad Realtors Association has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with NAREDCO Telangana to create a structured, credible and on-ground market survey across Hyderabad and Telangana.

This is not just another collaboration. It is a step towards changing how our market is understood, reported and represented.

For years, Hyderabad’s real estate story has often been shaped by fragmented data, selective interpretations and second-hand market assumptions. With this MoA, HRA and NAREDCO Telangana are coming together to build a more reliable data framework based on actual market behaviour across residential, commercial, office leasing and warehousing segments.

This initiative will give the industry a stronger voice, the media a better reference point, policymakers a clearer view, and consumers and investors a more dependable basis for decision making.

The MoA was signed by Shri Sreedhar Reddy Garu, President, NAREDCO Telangana and Shri Sumanth Reddy Garu, President, Hyderabad Realtors Association, in the presence of NAREDCO Telangana members.
