Mobility Drive for Elders!

​Today, an impromptu event was successfully organized to distribute wheeled walkers to seniors in need.
​Moving forward, these wheeled walkers have been kept at the WIH water stall (Sabeel) and are available for elderly individuals to take completely free of charge.
​The event was graced by Area MLC Mr. Mirza Riyaz Ul Hassan Effendi, who highly praised WhoisHussain for their impactful work and commended the thoughtful choice of wheeled walkers to ensure smooth, independent movement for our seniors. 🙌

For Imam Hussain, "death with dignity" meant refusing to pledge allegiance to the tyrannical ruler Yazid, which would have legitimized oppression and humiliated the values of Islam. By choosing to fight and die at Karbala alongside his family, his martyrdom turned a physical defeat into an eternal moral victory for justice over tyranny.

Today, this legacy translates into standing against modern forms of oppression—such as systemic injustice, corruption, and the suppression of human rights. Just as Imam Hussain refused to compromise his principles for temporary safety, standing against today's tyranny requires resisting passive complicity and choosing the dignified, often difficult path of speaking truth to power.
