Aikarthya was started in the year 2010 as the brain child of few close friends from different walks of life. The organization was setup with the idea of promoting Education for the under privileged individuals, Empowerment of youth, Uplift of women, awareness on Thalassemia, To fight against social evils such as child labour, dowry, domestic violence, discrimination on the basis of gender, caste,

creed & Religion’s, To unite Indian youth and work for the betterment of the Society. The impact is huge. It is the relentless efforts of our ever growing family working day in and day out.

From Dreams to Direction

Students from Grades 9–10 participated in a focused session on SMART goal setting led by Mr. Mohiuddin Syed, Principal Consultant, Businessman, and Board Advisor at Aikarthya Foundation.

The session helped students:
✔️ Set clear and realistic goals
✔️ Break goals into practical actions
✔️ Apply goal-setting principles in everyday life

Building life skills early lays the foundation for informed choices and a confident future.

As we wrap up another meaningful year at Aikarthya Foundation, we pause with gratitude.
A year of classrooms and communities, learning and unlearning, quiet effort and real impact.
