AIC-CCMB recently hosted DAGAR Workshop for Research Scholars at CSIR-Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) on “Frontiers Beyond Academia: Where Research Meets Real-World Impact.”

The workshop focused on entrepreneurship, innovation & translational research with discussions on venture creation, founder-led innovation journeys and funding opportunities. Participants also worked on a real-world case study designed around market discovery, commercialization strategy, and innovation translation.

Thanks to the speakers Usha Paliath Nalam Rao Dr. Aditi Mullick for sharing their insights and the participants for their active engagement throughout the program.

Glimpses of World Malaria Day 2026, “Accelerating India’s Path to Malaria Elimination by 2030” in collaboration with Consytel Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, an AIC-CCMB incubated startup.

Discussions focused on the need to close the last mile of malaria elimination through targeted, data-driven, and coordinated interventions, particularly in high-burden and hard-to-reach regions.

Expert talks and panel discussion included surveillance strengthening, regional strategies, and integration of scientific and public health approaches.
