Our rights and our future cannot be put at risk because of careless mistakes. A case this important deserves preparation, accountability, and a voice that truly represents the community.

Years of struggle and hope should never be weakened by an error-ridden petition. We have fought too hard for dignity, equality, and justice to let negligence speak for us.

The trans community deserves better — stronger representation, stronger advocacy, and a fight built on truth and responsibility.

A significant step has been taken as a petition has been filed in the Supreme Court against the Trans Act 2026. The challenge highlights how the law impacts the fundamental right of transgender people to self-identify their gender — a right recognized in the 2014 NALSA judgment.

This is more than a legal issue; it is about dignity, identity, and the right to exist as our true selves. Every individual deserves respect, recognition, and the freedom to live authentically.

Standing in solidarity with the trans community and everyone fighting for equality, justice, and human rights. Our voices matter, and together we continue this fight with strength and hope.

Today was supposed to be about visibility, pride, and being seen for who we truly are.
But instead, it feels like our voices were silenced, our existence debated, and our dignity questioned.

A day that should have celebrated identity has turned into a reminder of how far we still have to go.
No law, no bill, no signature can erase who we are.
We are here. We exist. And we are not going anywhere.

This is not the end of our story — it’s just another chapter in a long fight for equality, respect, and basic human rights.
We will keep speaking. We will keep resisting. We will keep showing up — louder than ever.

Parliament may pass laws, but identity is not something that can be debated or denied.
We exist beyond bills, beyond systems, beyond approval.
When voices are ignored, the fight only grows louder.
The court raising concerns is not just legal—it’s human.
This isn’t just about a bill, it’s about dignity, respect, and the right to exist freely.
We are not going anywhere. We will speak, we will stand, and we will win. 🌈

Today feels heavy. Not because change happened—but because it feels like the kind that forgets people in the process. Progress should never come at the cost of someone’s dignity, identity, or right to simply exist. We can’t normalize silence in moments like this. We choose empathy. We choose to stand with those who are hurting. And we keep speaking, because humanity should never be optional.

Silencing voices doesn’t erase truth.
Dismissing protests doesn’t end resistance.
Ignoring explanations doesn’t change reality.

Today, what we witnessed is not just a bill being passed — it’s a reminder of how easily voices can be drowned under power. But remember this: every “HAaa” they hide behind will echo louder in the streets, in our stories, and in our existence.

We are not invisible.
We are not optional.
We are not going anywhere.

This is not the end of the conversation — this is where it gets louder.

The 2026 Transgender Persons Rights Amendment Bill was pushed through the Lok Sabha even though LGBTQIA+ groups opposed it strongly.

This harsh proposal puts trans women, trans men and gender-queer people—who already face discrimination in our secular democracy—at even greater risk.

Even if it passes, this isn’t the end: our fight stays strong, and we’ll keep going until everyone’s rights are guaranteed.

Whether in the Lok Sabha or the Rajya Sabha, taking away people’s rights isn’t constitutional, and we’ll keep resisting.
