రేణుక, మహబూబ్ నగర్ జిల్లా ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన ఆసుపత్రిలో మొదటి కాన్పు అయ్యింది. కాన్పు సక్రమంగా జరిగి పాప పుట్టి, ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉన్నప్పటికీ రేణుకకు పాలు సరిగా రాకపోవడంతో పాపకు తల్లిపాలు ఇవ్వలేకపోతున్నానని బాధపడుతూ ఉండేది. అప్పుడు వైద్యుల సలహా మేరకు Dhaatri Mother's Milk Bank ను సంప్రదించమని చెప్పగా, ఆమె మిల్క్ బ్యాంక్ ను సందర్శించి, లాక్టేషన్ కౌన్సిలర్లను సహాయం కోరారు. అక్కడ కౌన్సిలర్లు రేణుక పరిస్థితిని అర్థం చేసుకొని కౌన్సెలింగ్ ప్రారంభించారు. ఆమెకు మసాజ్ చేస్తూ, పంపింగ్ పెట్టినా కూడా మొదటి రోజు ప్రయోజనం లేకపోయింది. రేణుకను ఎక్కువగా నీరు తీసుకోవాలని, తేలికగా జీర్ణమయ్యే విధంగా ఆహారాన్ని ప్రతి రెండు గంటలకు ఒకసారి తీసుకోవాలని, అలాగే పాపకు పాలు ఇవ్వడం కూడా ప్రయత్నించమని చెప్పారు. అలా ప్రతిరోజూ క్రమం ప్రయత్నిస్తూ ఉండగా ఇప్పుడు చక్కగా పాలు వస్తున్నాయి. అలాగే పాపకు పాలు ఇచ్చేటప్పుడు ఎటువంటి పొజిషన్లలో ఇవ్వాలి, పాలు ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత నిద్రపుచ్చేటపుడు ఎటువంటి జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలి అనే తదితర విషయాల గురించి కూడా చక్కగా వివరించారు. ఇప్పుడు రేణుకకు చక్కగా పాలు వచ్చి బిడ్డకు పాలు ఇస్తుండటంతో తను ఎంతగానో సంతోషించి లాక్టేషన్ కౌన్సిలర్లకు మరియు మిల్క్ బ్యాంకు వారికి ధన్యవాదాలు తెలియజేసింది.

Our movement is bolstered by some of the most incredible and strong mothers stepping up for children in need everywhere. Today, we bring you a glimpse of one such story of Raksh*tha, a mother who donated over 8400 ml of excess mother's milk that she had expressed to Dhaatri Mothers Milk Bank & CLMC at Niloufer Hospital, Hyderabad.

సమత, పూర్తిగా నెలలు నిండకముందే అనగా కేవలం 30 వారాలకి డెలివరీ అవ్వడం వలన బాబు తక్కువ బరువుతో జన్మించాడు. ఆ కారణం చేత బాబును ఎన్ఐసీయూలో పెట్టారు. అదే సమయంలో సమత బిడ్డకు డైరెక్ట్ గా పాలు ఇవ్వకపోవడం వల్ల సరిగా పాలు రాలేదు. ఆ విషయాన్ని డాక్టర్ల దృష్టికి తీసుకువెళ్ళగా వారుమిల్క్ బ్యాంకు ను సంప్రదించమని చెప్పారు. అప్పుడు సమత Dhaatri Mother's Milk Bank లాక్టేషన్ కౌన్సిలర్ సిస్టర్ Aruna ను సంప్రదించగా, ఆమె సమస్యను అర్థం చేసుకొని కౌన్సిలింగ్ ప్రారంభించారు. సమత మిల్క్ బ్యాంకు కు ప్రతిరోజు వచ్చి మసాజ్ చేయించుకుని పంపింగ్ పెట్టించుకునేది. మొదట్లో ఆమెకు పాలు చాలా తక్కువగా వచ్చేవి, అందుకని ప్రతి రోజు క్రమం తప్పకుండా నాలుగైదు సార్లు వచ్చి పంపింగ్ పెట్టించుకోవాలని సూచించగా ఆమె అలాగే చేసేది. సమత తన బిడ్డకు పాలు ఇవ్వటానికి సరిపోనప్పుడు మిల్క్ బ్యాంకులో అదనంగా ఉండే పాలను ఉపయోగించుకునేది. అలాగే పాలు చక్కగా ఉత్పత్తి అయ్యేందుకు అమృత ధార బిస్కెట్లు కూడా తీసుకొని, పోషకాహారం గురించి కూడా కౌన్సిలింగ్ తీసుకుంది. ఇప్పుడు సమతకు పాలు చక్కగా రావటమే కాకుండా బాబు కూడా పాలు బాగా తాగుతున్నాడు మరియు ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉండి బరువు పెరిగాడు. సమత హాస్పిటల్ నుండి డిశ్చార్జ్ అయ్యే రోజుకు బిడ్డ 1.8 కిలోల బరువు ఉన్నాడు. సమత ఎంతగానో సంతోషపడి లాక్టేషన్ కౌన్సిలర్ సిస్టర్ అరుణ కు మిల్క్ బ్యాంకు వారికి ధన్యవాదాలు తెలియజేసింది.

On 24th July 2025, the Aaryajanani team conducted an engaging and informative prenatal session at Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad, reaching 28 pregnant mothers across all trimesters.

🌸 The 1-hour session, led by Vaishnavi, covered:
• Scientific insights into prenatal awareness
• A calming guided meditation
• Lifestyle tips for a healthy pregnancy journey

💪 The session also featured a yoga and DRT presentation to promote holistic well-being during pregnancy. Special thanks to Lactation Counsellor Sister Mamatha Yelagandhula for her on-ground support.

As a warm gesture, nutritious laddoos sponsored by Aaryajanani Trust were distributed to all participating mothers.

Together, we continue to support and empower expecting mothers through knowledge, care, and community. 💕

Yesterday, we were honoured to welcome Smt. Kothakota Seetha Dayakar Reddy, Chairperson of the Telangana State Commission for the Protection of Child Rights, along with other esteemed commission members, to our Dhaatri Mothers Milk Bank & Comprehensive Lactation Management Centre (CLMC) at Niloufer Hospital. The visit was also joined by Dr. Vijay Kumar, the new superintendent of Niloufer Hospital.

Ms. Reddy expressed her sincere appreciation for the efforts of our team and shared that she felt truly inspired by witnessing the impact of our work at Dhaatri Mothers Milk Bank. Moments like these reaffirm our commitment to promoting early and exclusive breastfeeding, and ensuring that every vulnerable newborn has access to safe, donor human milk when needed.

We extend our gratitude to the Commission and hospital leadership for their encouragement and support as we continue working towards healthier beginnings for all children in Telangana.
