Mega Job Mela Records Grand Success! Over 600 Job Offers Rolled Out in a Single Day!
OLIVE Foundation Trust Mega Job Mela concluded with remarkable success today, marking a significant milestone in large-scale youth employment facilitation. The event was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Shri Bandaru Dattatreya garu, former Union Minister and former Governor of Haryana and Himachal Pradesh, who also personally interacted with HR leaders and recruiters from over 50 participating companies across multiple sectors.
During the event, the Hon’ble Chief Guest handed over offer letters to selected candidates, symbolically reaffirming the importance of employment as a foundation for dignity, stability, and nation-building. He spent considerable time engaging with industry representatives and job-seeking youth, appreciating the initiative’s scale, transparency, and outcome-driven approach.
Speaking on the occasion, Hon’ble Shri Bandaru Dattatreya garu said:

The Mega Job Mela witnessed thousands of registrations and resulted in over 600 job offers being rolled out in a single day, covering IT, non-IT, manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare support services, and emerging technology-enabled roles. Several employers also shortlisted candidates for further rounds and immediate onboarding.
