Through Research and Training, Zero Laboratories is dedicated to make the fullest utilization of the greatest resource on this planet- Human Being. We see the innate dignity and immense potential of every human being and show him/her practical ways and provide the means
necessary to realize and achieve that potential. In this endeavor we try to identify and bridge the most important gaps to the minutest gaps existing in the critical fields of human activity. Our fields of interest are (1) Education (2) Health Care (3) Participative Democracy and (4) Development Planning. ZERO Laboratories aims to be a non-profit initiative which is predominantly volunteer run, which brings together educationalists, artists, technologists, sociologists, health care professionals, politicians, civil servants, citizenry, development planners to engage them in research in the fields of (1) Education (2) Health Care (3) Participative Democracy and (4) Development Planning, come up with new ideas and solutions that are appropriate for the increasing the efficiency of the pre-established institutions in these fields. ZERO Laboratories is inspired by Rabindranath Tagore’s style of Naturalism in Education. Based on his vision, we undertake to develop an educational framework which shall be deeply rooted in one’s immediate surroundings but also connected to the cultures of the wider world. We feel there is a need for an Organic curriculum that can be customized to the individuality of each child. We plan to route such a pleasurable learning through the sub-consciousness and predict it to aid in the aesthetic development of the senses and the intellect. The efforts of ZERO Laboratories shall be made towards this direction as to “Awake this country into that heaven of freedom; where the mind is without fear; and the head is held high.”
There can be no denying that most of the healthcare industry today is surviving only on a demand-supply basis. The human face of medical services is undergoing a surgery in these very temples of humanity. The management of health care system is diving to abysmal level. There is a need to add an aura of compassion and benevolence to the chaotic odour of hospitals. We at ZERO Laboratories intend to dwell into the management systems of the Healthcare Industry and plug those loop holes in this service and build the trust it needs the most. For, trust is a very significant five letter word the bonds the world together. Zeroth is where the State stared from and to all is where we intend to take this State. This is a commitment that ZERO Laboratories shall abide by and shall work to achieve by intellectually contributing through our research work and by undertaking projects in the field of Participative Democracy. Through research and operational projects, ZERO Laboratories intends to work on multi level planning platforms and comprehend the development process and thereby obtain fresh insights to the problems faced by the vulnerable groups. We intend to design strategies, approaches, projects and programs to address development issues and problems. We also intend to develop appropriate monitoring, evaluation and management tools for implementation of these projects and programs. We further intend to assist the Human Resources of the State with our professional expertise and train them to increase the efficiency of their institutions. In these fields ZERO Laboratories intends to carry out research on the most important to the minutest gaps existing in the already established institutions. We identify the problems existing in the established institutions in these fields. Later, we try to analyse the causes that are limiting the efficiency of these systems. We then enlist the potential solutions and prepare a strategy to implement the best plan. Then we reach out to the pre-existing establishments and we shall collaborate with them. Then, through our carefully trained man power we shall make these plans operational..
