**Speaker Meeting Highlights | Sleep Well – Live Well**

An enriching and insightful Speaker Meeting was successfully conducted by **Rotary Club of Lake District Moinabad**, featuring **Dr. Srinivas Kishore Sistla**, Director & Head, Department of Otolaryngology (ENT), AIG Hospitals, Hyderabad.

Dr. Sistla delivered an engaging session on **”Sleep Well – Live Well: The Science Behind Health & Happiness,”** highlighting the critical role of quality sleep in maintaining physical health, mental well-being, productivity, and overall quality of life. He also shared valuable insights into sleep disorders, sleep apnea, and practical lifestyle changes that can significantly improve sleep quality.

The session witnessed active participation from members and guests, followed by an interactive Q&A discussion that addressed various concerns related to sleep health.

The morning began with fellowship and networking over breakfast, making the event both informative and engaging. We thank Dr. Srinivas Kishore Sistla for sharing his expertise and inspiring us to prioritize healthy sleep habits for a healthier and happier life.

*Empowering Healthcare Through Solar Energy*

With the generous CSR support of Premier Energies, Rotary Club of Lake District Moinabad successfully installed a 60 kW Rooftop Solar Power Plant at Bhagwan Mahavir Dialysis Centre, King Koti.

This initiative promotes clean and renewable energy while ensuring a reliable and uninterrupted power supply for critical dialysis treatments. The project will help reduce electricity costs and improve operational efficiency, further strengthening the dialysis centre’s mission of providing free treatment to patients in need.

The inauguration was graced by Harichandana Dasari, District Collector, Hyderabad, as Chief Guest, along with DG-elect Rtn. Uday Pilani as Guest of Honour. We were also privileged by the presence and support of Shri. Surender Pal Singh Saluja, Chairman, Premier Energies, whose contribution played a vital role in making this impactful initiative possible.

Together, we continue to create sustainable change for healthcare and the community.

Rotary Joint Service Project | Mission 100 Toilets

We are proud to inaugurate a new toilet block at ZPGHS, Ananth Sagar, an all-girls school, under our Mission 100 Toilets initiative.

This meaningful project was a joint effort by Rotary Club of Lake District Moinabad, RC Chandanagar & RC Sadashivpet, along with CSR partner EPE Process Filters & Accumulators.

What makes this project truly special is its journey — initiated nearly two years ago, it faced several technical challenges along the way. But through persistence, teamwork, and the true spirit of Rotary collaboration, we proudly brought it to completion today.

The school staff shared their heartfelt appreciation, highlighting how this facility will improve hygiene, dignity, and comfort for girl students, supporting a better learning environment.

We also look forward to transforming this school into a Happy School soon.

Together, we create lasting impact.

Vocational Visit – Radha TMT Factory, Medak

The Rotary Club of Lake District Moinabad (RCLD) proudly conducted its first Vocational Visit of the Rotary year to Radha TMT Factory, Chinna Shankarampet, Medak on 23rd January.

Organized under the leadership of Director – Vocational, Rtn. Nagesh Boorugu, the visit reflected Rotary’s commitment to vocational learning, knowledge sharing, and professional excellence.

Members travelled together from ITC Kohenur, strengthening fellowship along the way. At the factory, Rtn. Sunil Saraf graciously hosted the team and personally guided members through the complete TMT manufacturing process, sharing valuable insights into large-scale production, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

The visit concluded with a wonderful lunch hosted by Radha TMT, with heartfelt appreciation to the management and staff for their warm hospitality.

👏 Special thanks to Rtn. Sunil Saraf and Rtn. Nagesh Boorugu for making this visit meaningful and impactful.
