Serving Kindness, One Cool Cup at a Time: Jagathi Foundation's Summer Buttermilk Drive 2026🥛✨

The Jagathi Foundation team successfully hosted Buttermilk Drives in April & May, across Hyderabad city, Telangana

Our amazing team of 50+ volunteers worked tirelessly to distribute over 1000+ liters of fresh buttermilk to beat the intense summer heat. We were incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve 5000+ cups to local bus commuters, daily wagers, Bus Drivers & Conductors, auto-rickshaw drivers, elderly citizens, and children walking in the sun.

Seeing the smiles of relief on everyone's faces reminded us why such drive is critical to avoid dehydration in people. Truly, we are “Serving kindness and preventive health care in every cup!” 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾❤️

A huge thank you to our volunteer team from planning to ex*****on under the scorching sun and everyone who cheered us on!

🍲 From Challenge to Dignity – A New Beginning at Srirangavaram School

For years, the children of MPPS Srirangavaram English Medium School, Medchal, had their meals prepared in open spaces—exposed to heat, dust, and countless challenges. Yet, their spirit never wavered.

Today, Jagathi Foundation feels excited to change that story.

✨ Jagathi Foundation, in collaboration with Amazon, inaugurates its very first “Paakashala (Kitchen Shed)” under the Vidya Mitra – Education Upliftment Initiative.

This is not just a kitchen—
It is a promise of safety, hygienic meals,
A step towards better health and nutrition,
And a symbol of care, dignity, and respect for every child.

📍 MPPS Srirangavaram, Medchal

On this 77th Republic Day of our great nation, Jagathi Foundation celebrates more than a national milestone.

Through its “Swashakhti”Program, Jagathi Foundation works with women across tribal, rural and extended urban regions, training them in tailoring and embroidery, the skills that go beyond craft and enables pathways to economical independence.

In Gutala, West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, the women participating in the “Swashakthi” Program learn stitching techniques that enable them to start their own future enterprises, generate sustainable income, and support their families with dignity to fulfill their dreams. Additionally, the program helps strengthen local economies, and create women empowerment within communities.

This Republic Day, as the nation reflects on freedom, equality, and justice, Jagathi Foundation honours the women of Swashakthi who stitch not just eco-friendly scrunchies, but hope, resilience, and a stronger future for generations to come.

Jai Swashakthi. Jai Hind.
