Banashree Foundation, established in 2022, is a non-profit organization with an aim to work towards Animal Welfare, Farmer Empowerment, Old Age homes, Orphanages, and Cultural & Social upliftment. Banashree Foundation embraces kindness, respect, compassion, awareness, and integrity in all aspects of our mission and vision for a cruelty-free World. We live our values and work as a team to achieve o

ur vision and maximize our impact to bring about a change of consciousness regarding animals and nature, especially for stray, neglected, abandoned, or abused animals. We strongly believe that our values, decisions, conduct, and behavior should set the tone and be a model for others in their care and treatment of animals.

A little late, but full of gratitude 💛

Back in December, Banashree Foundation proudly participated in Cisco’s Global Week of Giving (GWoG) for the first time ever! 🌍✨
GWoG is a quarterly initiative that’s deeply rooted in Cisco’s culture of volunteering and giving back.

As part of a pan-Cisco volunteering activity, Cisco volunteers creatively designed fridge magnets that will be:
📚 Included in students’ study kits
🎒 Used to help generate funds for procuring more study materials for children

Seeing volunteers turn creativity into impact was truly heartwarming. This experience reinforced our belief that volunteers are the heart of social change. This is one of the many meaningful engagements that took place during the Global Week of Giving !!!

On Dec 4, conducted the Bhoomi Pooja for our flagship Goshala project, marking the beginning of a long-cherished vision.

We were honoured by the presence of Shri M. R. Patil, Hon’ble MLA, Kundagol, and Shri Shridhar Nadgir, Regional Executive Member, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (Karnataka North), along with Gram Panchayat members, village elders, office bearers, well-wishers, and Banashree volunteers from who continue to support our mission.

Though shared a little late, this moment represents a powerful step forward in our journey of service, sustainability, and community impact. 🙏

This Children’s Day, Banashree Foundation joined hands with Cisco volunteers to bring colour and joy to the Government School in Chikkanahalli, Mysuru.

From painting classrooms to distributing school bags, study kits, and greeting cards — the day was filled with smiles and meaningful interactions.

These cards travelled miles to reach our soldiers and their families — and the smiles they carry back are priceless. ❤️
