As the curtains of Daastaan E Calcutta start to rise, so does the energy of our first Maha Practice!

This is a call to our entire Calcutta family —
LCOC members, Team Apna Bazaar, Parent Lions, Patrons, and Volunteers — the stage is being set, and it's time to rehearse the magic we've dreamt together.

Time: 4–7 PM (Reporting at 3:30 sharp)
Venue: Blackbox Studio, TheaApex — a pro theatre space with real lights, sound, and energy!

🌟 Introducing "Leo Da Dhaba" 🌟
Presenting our Spin on the 100 Days of Service initiative by Lions Direct 322B1, powered by Leo District 322B1, we’re bringing a unique community service experience to life. On 20th October, privileged volunteers from the Leo community will transform into waiters and waitresses to serve 600+ meals to underprivileged guests in the heart of a local slum.

Our goal is to not only provide a warm meal but also offer a fine dining experience, filled with dignity and care for those in need. From setting up the makeshift restaurant to taking orders and delivering food, every Leo will contribute to creating a memorable day for our special guests.

Seva: Serving the Service- 2024
What an incredible evening! 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️ On the 12th of October, we successfully completed the 7th edition of Seva, distributing 200 thank-you cards and snack boxes to the real heroes of our city—delivery boys, firefighters, hospital staff, ambulance drivers, sanitation workers, and other frontline workers. 🙌

For the past 7 years Seva has been our way of giving back and showing gratitude to the unsung heroes who work tirelessly to keep our city running smoothly, especially during the busy Puja season. 🌟

We kicked off the event with a flag-off from The Wooden Story, Howrah, and our Leo bike convoy made its way through the city, wrapping up in South Kolkata. It was an evening of service, gratitude, and loads of fun as Leos united to spread joy to those who keep our city going.

Thank you to everyone who participated and supported this initiative! ❤️ Let’s keep the spirit of service alive.

✨ Apna Bazaar 04 – The Unveiling! 🎉

From the tireless efforts of our members creating the Apna Bazaar Starter Packs to the unveiling of our poster by our beloved Parent Lions and District Dignitaries, yesterday was truly special. 🙌

The pride, the cheers, and the overwhelming support from everyone present made this launch a moment we’ll always cherish. Seeing our Lions beam with pride as they congratulated the Leos was a reminder of how far we’ve come and how much further we will go—together. 💪

A huge thank you to everyone who was part of this day—your faith in us continues to fuel our journey. And now, with the poster reveal done, Apna Bazaar Shunya Chaar is officially on its way! 🎊

✨ A Divine Beginning ✨

The Ganpati Puja was a truly cleansing and rejuvenating experience, where members, their parents, Lion parents, and district dignitaries all came together in an atmosphere of pure devotion. Our PST conducted the rituals with utmost faith, creating a sacred moment for all of us.
