Every day, we receive abuse, false allegations, and even foul language. Some people call us frauds
without ever visiting our hospital, witnessing a rescue, or standing beside us during an emergency
surgery.
This patient was brought to us after a devastating automobile accident. The impact tore away a
large portion of the facial skin and underlying soft tissue. He arrived in unbearable pain, frightened,
and fighting for his life.
While some people were busy typing insults on social media, our veterinary team was busy
stopping the bleeding, cleaning the wound, managing the trauma, and giving this innocent soul a
chance to live.
This is the reality of animal rescue.
Some patients recover.
Some patients don't.
That is the truth.
We are not God. We cannot promise that every life will be saved. What we can promise is that we
will try, try, and try again with every patient that comes through our doors. Every case receives our
best effort, regardless of the outcome.
False allegations do not weaken our commitment. They do not harm our purpose. We are not here
to create wealth, seek fame, or show off. We are here because every injured animal deserves a
chance to live.
If a patient comes to us, we will treat them with everything we have. If no patient comes, we will
continue to stand ready for the next life that needs help. That is our duty.
We don't measure our work by likes, comments, or applause. We measure it by every life we can
save and every animal that receives a second chance.
To everyone who supports us, thank you for believing in our mission.
To those who doubt us, we have nothing to prove through arguments. Our patients are our proof.
Their recovery is our reply.
