the objectives of societies are as under:
i) To encourage and promote the preparation, procurement and publication of post cards. ii) Create public awareness through publicity ventures through lectures, speeches, posters, exhibitions,film shows etc. iii) To provide facilities for the practice of postcard writing and to assist and encourage young postcrossers. iv) To encourage writing and contribu

te articles for the in-house magazine or any other dealing with Deltiology. v) To create a postcard Bank for easy distribution amongst members in physical and electronic mode. vi) To compile details of favourite topics of postcards. vii) To establish a permanent centre for Postcrossers to meet and share their thoughts. viii) Conduct Education Programmes at all levels, particularly in schools and colleges for the purposes of inculcating and developing writing skills among the general public and especially in children and in youth. ix) Encourage postcrossing amongst under-privileged adults and children with financial aid in procuring the postcards and required postage.of India
