A special programme, imbued with the spirit of service and compassion, was organized at Aatmsukh Aatmdev Ashram (for differently-abled children), Hoshiarpur. On this occasion, Australia-based philanthropist Mr. Nitin Khanna presented socks and gloves to the special children of the Ashram, which were distributed to all the children by Mr. Avinash Rai Khanna.
The programme was graced by the presence of former Member of Parliament Mr. Avinash Rai Khanna, Mr. Vijay Sood (prominent businessman), Mr. Anurag Sood (Principal, Vidya Mandir), and Mr. Narayan Singh (resident of Muzaffar Nagar).
While addressing the gathering, the Chief Sevak of the Ashram, Mr. Navdeep Sood, appreciated this humanitarian initiative by Mr. Nitin Khanna and said that the contribution of Non-Resident Indians, by staying connected with their country and society through such service activities, is truly inspiring.
Former MP Mr. Avinash Rai Khanna stated that for the past 13 years, Aatmsukh Aatmdev Ashram has been selflessly serving differently-abled children and continuously guiding them towards values and self-reliance. He highly appreciated the services of the Ashram and assured all possible support.
